DESCRIPTION

Intense green herbaceous fruitiness, with a fresh hint of grassiness, tomato and almonds and a pleasant fragrance of the artichoke heart. Spicy intensity and a slight note of bitterness.

Produced on hilly land 5 km from the sea (average altitude 110 meters above sea level).
